China has been increasing its censorship of online video, according to a number of published reports.  Last summer at Stanford, I spoke with Rebecca Fannin, a China watcher and author of the Silicon Dragon. 

In this interview, she explains who video censorship works in China.She said it is done with in-house censors in the video sharing sites.
